European Police Response - Round the clock assistance 24/7

Securi-Track is presently only available through the manufacturers of GPS 'tracking' units.

Securi-Track operates throughout the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe on a 24/7 basis and is only available to vehicles fitted with a GPS 'tracking' unit. Securi-Track can also be used for lone worker and 'personal' GPS systems.

Using our established network of professional European Response Partners assistance is given by their liaising with the local police during times of possible distress in the native tongue of the country where an incident takes place.

The Securi-Track platform is both secure and fully compliant with the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998.

An Example of how Securi-Track works:

  • The owner/driver alerts Securi-Track UK to a vehicle theft in Brussels. Securi-Track UK enters the initial details into the Securi-Track Incident Management Platform and contacts Securi-Track Belgium (also known as the European Response Partner)

  • A 'randomly generated' security pass code is provided to the Securi-Track Belgium Operator to log on to the Incident Management Platform.

  • The incident file contains all relevant information required for both the vehicle and its driver. This includes mapping, description of vehicle/person, including photographs, medical information etc (if supplied).

  • All updates are in English using the secure Securi-Track Incident Management Platform.

  • Incident updates are entered by both Securi-Track UK and Securi-Track Belgium. The location details are then updated on the map viewable to the Response Partner and if necessary the local police.

  • The incident will continue to progress until such time as the European Response Partner has declared the incident closed, I.e. vehicle located, safe for recovery, persons apprehended etc.

  • Once the incident has been closed the owner will be informed of the outcome.

  • All information gathered during the incident being securely held for two years. This information can be recalled at a later date if required for any potential insurance/police investigations.
